XL Concrete Masonry and XL Landscape Development adhere to all industry and local standards for keeping employees safe on the job. We value our employees and know how injury can adversely affect an employees’ life, those they care about and their co-workers. We are proud of the safety standards we have been able to maintain and attribute it to the culture of our leadership and our employees around safety.

Our Safety Department

Our Safety Department is lead by Todd Gould our Safety Director and Adriana Gonzales our Safety Administrator. Each and every day they are 100% focused on keeping XL employees safe. We have safety coordinators that work in the field, inspecting job sites and meeting with project supervisors on a regular basis.

Safety Orientation

Prior to starting work at XL Concrete Masonry and XL Landscape Development, all employees are required to participate in our safety orientation. Our orientation covers the following topics:
